Traffic flow microsimulation in line management.
Mlčková, Ivana ; Apeltauer, Tomáš (referee) ; Apeltauer, Jiří (advisor)
The main task of this thesis is to verify the line management of traffic. A microsimulation model of traffic was made in program for traffic simulation called Aimsun. The data from radar measuring have been processed and then put into the model. Some of parameters in model were adapted to meet the reality on the road. Finally, there have been suggested more suggestions in this model and the efficiency of the solutions was evaluated.
Microscopic traffic modelling in urban areas
Brožek, Jan ; Plášek, Josef (referee) ; Apeltauer, Tomáš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with a traffic modeling from theoretical and practical per-spectives. Microscopic traffic models for various circumstances were created in the Aimsun software and then they were compared with each other.
Microscopic simulation of intersection of roads I/41 a 1/42
Kaňok, Vojtěch ; Novák, Martin (referee) ; Všetečka, Martin (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with modelling and comparing traffic arrangements, using microsimulation traffic flow modelling. The traffic dates were processed by Aimsun. Several design variations were created. These were compared with each other and the most effective arrangement was recommended afterwards.
Microscopic traffic model of streets Veveří and Kounicova.
Válková, Michaela ; Všetečka, Martin (referee) ; Apeltauer, Jiří (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with microscopic traffic model of the streets Veveří and Kounicova including adjacent road network. This model was created in software Aimsun based on maps, the results of the directional survey, traffic intensity at junctions and signal plans. Elaborated model of the current state location of interest was calibrated according to the traffic intensities on the entrance and exit roads. They have also been designed and created three possible variants of the solution streets Veveří and Kounicova. All variants were finally compared and evaluated.
Microscopic traffic simulation in urban areas
Bátora, Filip ; Plášek, Josef (referee) ; Apeltauer, Tomáš (advisor)
The main goal of my bachelor's thesis is to provide a theoretical insight on the topic of traffic modelling, as well as finding a practical solution to a specified issue. I will use the Aimsun software to create a microscopic model of a traffic junction using two different modes of traffic light signals. With the help of various methodical directions, I will provide an economical evaluation and comparation of the overall junction travel time.
Variant design of transport connections of shopping centre in Modřice
Knopp, Martin ; Fencl, Ivan (referee) ; Holcner, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with a proposal and a comparison of several options of transportation planning in the shopping area in the urban area of the town of Modřice, which is enlarging due to the building-up of new commercial centres. The first part of the thesis consists of a treatise on the field of traffic engineering, road-traffic telematics and ITS. The core of the work is formed by a detailed analysis of the current state and calibration of the transport simulation system AIMSUN. The following part shows three different ways of transportation in the given area and all of them include a model of the particular area made in the program AIMSUN and an elaborate analysis of the proposed solution. In the last part of the work all the proposed solutions are compared according to the results gained from the AIMSUN model.
Road I/42 VMO Žabovřeská I.
Kaderka, Tomáš ; Smítal, Petr (referee) ; Holcner, Petr (advisor)
Master’s thesis focuses on verification of software functions of modelling software Aimsun and his behavior on model of real traffic situation at the Brno Large city circuit in the stretch of road I/42 Žabovřeská I. Describes possible ways of transport surveys and some of them applies to a given section. From the survey results is compiled model in software Aimsun and traffic situation is assessed in several variants. Based on the results are proposed next steps to find solution of traffic situation in a given section.
Traffic Organizing of Žarošická a Jedovnická Streets in Brno
Výstup, Jan ; Havlíček, Antonín (referee) ; Všetečka, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with the impact of future traffic load on the level of traffic quality in Rokytova, Žarošická and Jedovnická streets after the opening of parts of the large urban ring road Tomkovo náměstí, Rokytova and Ostravská radiála. To assess these impacts, a microscopic traffic model is used, which is created in the Aimsun software using map data, directional survey at the affected intersections, traffic volumes and observed signal plans. The next part is the traffic engineering design of Žarošická and Jedovnická streets in several variants including their assessment.
Microsimulation of intersection in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm
Mičkal, Dalibor ; Smítal, Petr (referee) ; Holcner, Petr (advisor)
This thesis describes the concept of transport solution with the help of microsimulation. Using intensities obtained from the landscape is a simulation of the current status and new proposals. They are compared using a detention time. For the winning option will be implemented spatial study.
Microscopic Simulation of the junction Malá Amerika
Horák, Michal ; Mikolášek, Igor (referee) ; Všetečka, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the modeling of traffic flow in several variants of the transport network. Variants are modeled in Aimsun. Current status data was obtained by field observation. In the created models, the traffic flow of both current and future traffic intensities is simulated. Based on the outputs of the simulated operation, the variants are assessed. The proposed variants are compared and the most suitable arrangement chosen.
